Job Summary
Dynamic Server Support Technician is responsible for providing customer support for designated equipment, answering client questions, and managing service calls within service level agreements. The role requires completing administrative tasks for each service call, performing troubleshooting for desktops, laptops, and servers, and ensuring timely reporting and adherence to safety policies. Candidates should possess technical school certification or equivalent, along with the ability to communicate technical issues and drive to client locations, with the physical capability to lift equipment.
Required Qualifications
- Technical school certification or equivalent
- 0-2 years of relevant experience
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation with valid registration and adequate insurance
- Ability to communicate regarding technical issues with clients
- Ability to drive to client locations
- Ability to lift and or move various computer equipment up to 50 lbs.
- Must own a basic repair tool kit
Desired Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience
- Maintain all required OEM Certifications as directed by Management
- Knowledge of relevant software and hardware
