Job Summary
Dynamic Server Support Technician is a senior position responsible for the repair and troubleshooting of client products including desktops, laptops, and servers. The role involves providing customer support, handling service calls within established service level agreements, and ensuring client satisfaction as per company guidelines. Candidates must have technical school certification or equivalent and possess a valid driver’s license with reliable transportation. Some physical requirements include the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and travel to client locations.
Required Qualifications
- Typically requires technical school certification or equivalent
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation with valid registration and adequate insurance
- Ability to communicate regarding technical issues with clients
- Ability to drive to client locations
- Ability to lift and or move various computer equipment up to 50 lbs.
- Must own a basic repair tool kit
Desired Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience is a plus
- Maintain all required OEM Certifications as directed by Management
- Knowledge of relevant software and hardware
