Job Summary
Senior Dynamic Server Support Technician provides customer support for designated equipment and performs basic to complex troubleshooting for desktops, laptops, Desk Side Support, ESF, and Servers. Interacts with clients to address technical issues, responds within established service level agreements, and completes administrative tasks, real-time reporting, and asset/inventory control as required by client service agreements. Requires OEM certifications, a valid driver’s license with reliable transportation, and the ability to travel to client locations with occasional overnight assignments. Must be able to communicate effectively about technical issues and lift/move up to 50 lbs; may involve long-distance travel and field support duties. Additional duties may be assigned to meet business needs.
Required Qualifications
- Technical school certification or equivalent
- 0-2 years of relevant experience
- Maintain OEM Certifications as directed by Management
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation with valid registration and adequate insurance
- Ability to drive to client locations
- Ability to drive long distances, and occasional overnight assignments within other geographies
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 lbs
- Own a basic repair tool kit
