Job Summary
Dynamic Server Support Technician performs troubleshooting for desktops, laptops, Desk Side Support, ESF, and Servers. This role includes direct interaction with clients for technical issues, providing customer support, and meeting service level agreements. Responsibilities include reporting calls, following safety and service policies, and ensuring asset control through prompt equipment turnaround. Candidates must have the ability to communicate technical issues effectively and have a basic repair tool kit. A valid driver's license and ability to drive are required.
Required Qualifications
- Technical school certification or equivalent
- Maintain all required OEM Certifications as directed by Management
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation with valid registration and adequate insurance
Desired Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience
- Knowledge of relevant software and hardware
