Job Summary

The Dynamic Server Support Technician is responsible for performing troubleshooting activities for desktops, laptops, Desk Side Support, ESF, and Servers. This role interacts directly with clients to address technical issues, ensuring adherence to service level agreements and customer satisfaction criteria. Key responsibilities include providing customer support, completing administrative tasks related to service calls, managing asset control, maintaining safety policies, and participating in real-time reporting. The position requires a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and the ability to lift equipment.

Required Qualifications

  • Technical school certification or equivalent
  • 0-2 years of relevant experience
  • Maintain all required OEM Certifications as directed by Management
  • Knowledge of relevant software and hardware
  • Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation with valid registration and adequate insurance
  • Ability to communicate regarding technical issues with clients
  • Ability to drive to client locations
  • Ability to lift and or move various computer equipment up to 50 lbs.
  • Must own a basic repair tool kit
