Job Summary
Dynamic Server Support Technician is a senior position responsible for repairing a variety of client products and performing troubleshooting activities for desktops, laptops, and servers. Key responsibilities include providing customer support, managing service calls, completing administrative tasks, ensuring proper asset control, and adhering to safety policies. Candidates should possess a technical school certificate, preferably have customer service experience, and maintain OEM certifications. The role requires the ability to travel to client locations, and lift equipment up to 50 lbs.
Required Qualifications
- Technical school certification or equivalent
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
- Ability to communicate regarding technical issues with clients
- Ability to lift and or move various computer equipment up to 50 lbs.
- Must own a basic repair tool kit
