Job Summary
Dynamic Server Support Technician is responsible for performing basic, moderately complex, and complex troubleshooting activities for a variety of client products including desktops, laptops, Desk Side Support, ESF, and Servers. The position requires direct interaction with clients to address technical issues, deliver service calls within established service level agreements, and ensure customer service satisfaction. Candidates must communicate effectively regarding technical issues, possess a reliable transportation, and own a basic repair tool kit. Physical demands include lifting computer equipment up to 50 lbs and occasional long-distance travel.
Required Qualifications
- Technical school certification or equivalent
- 0-2 years of relevant experience
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation with valid registration and adequate insurance
- Maintain all required OEM Certifications as directed by Management
- Knowledge of relevant software and hardware
