Job Summary
Dynamic Server Support Technician is responsible for providing customer support for various equipment, answering client questions professionally, accepting service calls within established agreements, and meeting customer service satisfaction criteria. Responsibilities include completing administrative tasks related to service calls, reporting activity, and ensuring proper asset and inventory control. Preferred qualifications include relevant technical certification and customer service experience, alongside skills in technical communication and transport.
Required Qualifications
- Technical school certification or equivalent
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation with valid registration and adequate insurance
- Ability to communicate regarding technical issues with clients
- Ability to drive to client locations
- Ability to lift and or move various computer equipment up to 50 lbs.
- Must own a basic repair tool kit
Desired Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience
- Maintain all required OEM Certifications as directed by Management
- Knowledge of relevant software and hardware
