Job Summary
Dynamic Server Support Technician is a senior position responsible for providing customer support for designated equipment, performing troubleshooting for desktops, laptops, Desk Side Support, and servers. The role involves direct client interaction to address technical issues, ensuring customer service satisfaction, completing administrative tasks, and managing asset control. Candidates should have technical school certification or equivalent, and a valid driver's license with reliable transportation. Skills required include effective communication about technical issues and the ability to perform physical tasks related to computer equipment.
Required Qualifications
- Technical school certification or equivalent
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation with valid registration and adequate insurance
- Ability to communicate regarding technical issues with clients
- Ability to drive to client locations
- Ability to drive long distances, and occasional overnight assignments within other geographies
- Ability to lift and or move various computer equipment up to 50 lbs.
- Must own a basic repair tool kit
Desired Qualifications
- Maintain all required OEM Certifications as directed by Management
- Knowledge of relevant software and hardware
- Previous customer service experience
