Job Summary
Dynamic Server Support Technician is a senior position responsible for troubleshooting and repairing client products including desktops, laptops, and servers. The role involves providing customer support, managing service calls, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining inventory control. Candidates must possess technical certification and up to 2 years of experience, with previous customer service experience viewed favorably. The position requires a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and the ability to communicate technical issues with clients.
Required Qualifications
- Technical school certification or equivalent
- 0-2 years of relevant experience
- Maintain all required OEM Certifications as directed by Management
- Knowledge of relevant software and hardware
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation with valid registration and adequate insurance
Additional Requirements
- Must own a basic repair tool kit
- Ability to lift and or move various computer equipment up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to drive long distances, and occasional overnight assignments within other geographies
