Job Summary
Provide customer support for designated equipment; perform troubleshooting of desktops and laptops; may support Desk Side applications and infrastructure; interact with clients to address technical issues and respond timely; manage service calls within SLA guidelines; complete administrative tasks and real-time reporting; follow policies and guidelines; ensure asset/inventory control and prompt turnaround of parts; report activity accurately and timely; adhere to safety policies; additional duties as needed; must have 0-2 years of relevant experience and technical school certification or equivalent; maintain OEM certifications; valid driver's license and reliable transportation; willing to drive to client locations and potentially long distances or overnight assignments;-capable of lifting up to 50 lbs; must own basic repair toolkit.
Required Qualifications
- technical school certification or equivalent
- 0-2 years of relevant experience
- OEM Certifications as directed by Management
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation with valid registration and adequate insurance
- Knowledge of relevant software and hardware
- Ability to drive to client locations
- Ability to drive long distances and occasional overnight assignments
- Must own a basic repair tool kit
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 lbs
