Dynamic PC Support performs tasks related to repairing client desktops and laptops, with basic to moderately complex troubleshooting, potential Desk Side applications support, and direct client interaction to address technical issues. Responsibilities include providing customer support for designated equipment, answering questions professionally, handling service calls within SLAs, meeting customer satisfaction guidelines, completing administrative tasks and real-time reporting, following established policies and guidelines, managing assets and inventory, reporting activity timely, adhering to safety policies, and performing additional duties as needed. Education/Experience typically requires technical school certification or equivalent and 0-2 years of relevant experience; certifications maintained as directed by management. Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs; must own a basic repair toolkit. Skills emphasize effective communication of technical issues, driving to client locations and long-distance/overnight assignments, and basic repair capabilities.
