Job Summary
The Dynamic PC Support Technician position involves providing customer support for designated equipment and handling basic to moderately complex troubleshooting for desktops and laptops. Responsibilities include accepting and delivering service calls within established service level agreements, meeting customer service satisfaction criteria, completing administrative tasks related to service calls, and ensuring control of assets and inventory. Skills required include effective communication regarding technical issues, the ability to drive to client locations, and the capability to lift computer equipment up to 50 lbs. Candidates typically require a technical school certification or equivalent and possess a valid driver’s license.
Required Qualifications
- Technical school certification or equivalent
- 0-2 years of relevant experience
- Previous customer service experience is a plus
- Maintain all required OEM Certifications as directed by Management
- Knowledge of relevant software and hardware
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation with valid registration and adequate insurance
- Ability to communicate regarding technical issues with clients
- Ability to drive to client locations
- Ability to drive long distances, and occasional overnight assignments within other geographies
- Ability to lift and or move various computer equipment up to 50 lbs
- Must own a basic repair tool kit
