Job Summary
The Dynamic PC Support Technician performs repair tasks related to a variety of client products, delivering customer support for designated equipment and troubleshooting desktops and laptops. Responsibilities include answering client questions professionally, managing service calls within established agreements, meeting customer service satisfaction criteria, and completing real-time reporting of service calls. The role requires the ability to communicate technical issues effectively, drive to client locations, and manage equipment weighing up to 50 lbs.
Required Qualifications
- Technical school certification or equivalent
- 0-2 years of relevant experience
- Maintain all required OEM Certifications
- Knowledge of relevant software and hardware
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
- Ability to communicate regarding technical issues with clients
- Ability to drive to client locations
- Ability to lift and or move various computer equipment up to 50 lbs
- Must own a basic repair tool kit
