Job Summary
Dynamic PC Support Technician responsible for diagnosing and repairing desktops and laptops; perform basic to moderately complex troubleshooting, support Desk Side applications and infrastructure, and interact directly with clients to address issues. Responsibilities include handling service calls within SLAs, ensuring customer satisfaction, completing admin tasks and real-time reporting, adhering to policies, managing asset/inventory control, and reporting activity accurately and timely. Must have a technical school certification or equivalent with 0-2 years of relevant experience, maintain OEM certifications, possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation, and be able to travel to client locations including long-distance and occasional overnight assignments; must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and carry a basic repair toolkit.
Required Qualifications
- Technical school certification or equivalent
- 0-2 years of relevant experience
- Maintain all required OEM Certifications as directed by Management
- Knowledge of relevant software and hardware
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation with valid registration and adequate insurance
- Ability to communicate about technical issues with clients
- Ability to drive to client locations
- Ability to drive long distances, and occasional overnight assignments within other geographies
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 lbs
- Own a basic repair tool kit
