Dynamic PC Support Techician

Job Summary
The Dynamic PC Support Technician is responsible for providing customer support for designated equipment, answering client questions, and handling service calls within established service level agreements. This role includes completing administrative tasks for each call and using established policies for service delivery. The technician must maintain control over assets and inventory, report all activities accurately, and understand safety policies. Candidates should have a technical school certification or equivalent, along with 0-2 years of relevant experience.
Required Qualifications
- Technical school certification or equivalent
- 0-2 years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of relevant software and hardware
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation with valid registration and adequate insurance
- Ability to communicate regarding technical issues with clients
- Ability to drive to client locations
- Ability to lift and or move various computer equipment up to 50 lbs
- Must own a basic repair tool kit
Desired Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience is a plus
- Maintain all required OEM Certifications as directed by Management
