Job Summary
The Dynamic PC Support Technician provides customer support for designated equipment, performs basic and moderately complex troubleshooting for desktops and laptops, and ensures timely and accurate service delivery. Responsibilities include accepting service calls within established agreements, adhering to customer service satisfaction criteria, completing associated administrative tasks, and maintaining control of assets and inventory. Candidates should have technical school certification or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift computer equipment up to 50 lbs.
Required Qualifications
- Technical school certification or equivalent
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation with valid registration and adequate insurance
- Ability to communicate regarding technical issues with clients
- Ability to drive to client locations
- Ability to lift and or move various computer equipment up to 50 lbs
- Must own a basic repair tool kit
Desired Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience is a plus
- Maintain all required OEM Certifications as directed by Management
- Knowledge of relevant software and hardware
