The Dynamic PC Support Technician provides essential technical support involving basic and moderately complex troubleshooting for desktops and laptops. Responsibilities include customer support, managing service calls, administrative tasks, real-time reporting, and ensuring asset control as per service agreements. This role requires effective communication skills, the ability to drive to client locations, and physical capability to handle computer equipment up to 50 lbs.
