Job Summary
The Dynamic PC Support Technician is responsible for providing customer support for desktop and laptop equipment, performing troubleshooting activities, and ensuring the timely resolution of technical issues. This role requires the ability to communicate effectively with clients regarding technical matters, as well as the ability to drive to client locations and manage parts inventory. Candidates should possess a technical school certification or equivalent, have up to 2 years of relevant experience, and maintain required OEM certifications. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are also necessary.
Required Qualifications
- Technical school certification or equivalent
- 0-2 years of relevant experience
- Maintain all required OEM Certifications as directed by Management
- Knowledge of relevant software and hardware
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation with valid registration and adequate insurance
Desired Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience
