Job Summary
The Dynamic PC Support Technician is responsible for providing customer support for designated equipment and troubleshooting basic to moderately complex issues for desktops and laptops. Key responsibilities include accepting service calls, meeting customer service satisfaction criteria, completing administrative tasks, and ensuring asset control related to inventory. The position requires communication skills for technical discussions with clients, valid driver’s license with reliable transportation, and the ability to lift computer equipment. A technical school certification or equivalent is typically required, along with the maintenance of OEM Certifications.
Required Qualifications
- Technical school certification or equivalent
- Maintain all required OEM Certifications as directed by Management
- Knowledge of relevant software and hardware
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation with valid registration and adequate insurance
- Ability to communicate regarding technical issues with clients
- Ability to drive to client locations
- Ability to lift and or move various computer equipment up to 50 lbs
- Must own a basic repair tool kit
Desired Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience is a plus
