Job Summary
The Dynamic PC Support Technician performs basic and moderately complex troubleshooting activities for desktops and laptops and provides customer support for designated equipment. Responsibilities include accepting and delivering service calls, meeting customer service satisfaction criteria, completing administrative tasks and real-time reporting, adhering to safety policies, and maintaining control of assets and inventory. Candidates should have technical school certification or equivalent, valid driver’s license, and the ability to communicate technical issues with clients. A basic repair tool kit is required.
Required Qualifications
- Typically requires technical school certification or equivalent
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation with valid registration and adequate insurance
- Ability to communicate regarding technical issues with clients
- Ability to drive to client locations
- Ability to drive long distances, and occasional overnight assignments within other geographies
- Ability to lift and or move various computer equipment up to 50 lbs
- Must own a basic repair tool kit
Desired Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience is a plus
- Maintain all required OEM Certifications as directed by Management
- Knowledge of relevant software and hardware
