Job Summary
The Dynamic PC Support Technician performs troubleshooting and repair tasks for client products, including desktops and laptops. Responsibilities include providing customer support, delivering service calls within set agreements, ensuring customer satisfaction, completing administrative tasks, and reporting activities. Candidates should have relevant technical certification or equivalent experience, possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation, and be capable of lifting computer equipment. Skills needed include technical communication and the ability to manage client interactions.
Required Qualifications
- Typically requires technical school certification or equivalent
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation with valid registration and adequate insurance
- Ability to communicate regarding technical issues with clients
- Ability to drive to client locations
- Ability to lift and or move various computer equipment up to 50 lbs
- Must own a basic repair tool kit
Desired Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience is a plus
- Maintain all required OEM Certifications as directed by Management
- Knowledge of relevant software and hardware
