Job Summary
The Dynamic PC Support Technician is responsible for performing repair tasks related to a variety of client products, providing customer support for designated equipment, answering client questions professionally, and completing all service calls within established service level agreements. Responsibilities include administrative tasks related to service calls, ensuring the control of assets and inventory, and adhering to safety policies. Candidates must communicate effectively regarding technical issues, have the ability to transport themselves to client locations, and physically manage computer equipment weighing up to 50 lbs.
Required Qualifications
- Technical school certification or equivalent
- 0-2 years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of relevant software and hardware
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
- Must own a basic repair tool kit
Desired Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience
- Maintain all required OEM Certifications
