Job Summary
The Dynamic PC Support Technician position involves performing tasks related to the repair of various client products, including basic and moderately complex troubleshooting for desktops and laptops. Responsibilities include providing customer support, answering client questions professionally, accepting and delivering service calls, meeting customer service satisfaction criteria, completing administrative tasks, managing assets, and reporting activities accurately. Candidates should possess strong communication skills for discussing technical issues with clients, the ability to drive to client locations, and must be able to lift and move computer equipment up to 50 lbs. A basic repair tool kit is also required.
Required Qualifications
- Technical school certification or equivalent
- 0-2 years of relevant experience
- Valid Driver’s License
- Reliable transportation with valid registration and adequate insurance
- Maintain all required OEM Certifications
