Job Summary
The Dynamic PC Support Technician performs basic and moderately complex troubleshooting for desktops and laptops, providing customer support and addressing technical issues directly with clients. Responsibilities include accepting service calls, meeting customer service satisfaction criteria, completing administrative tasks, and ensuring asset control. Candidates should possess a technical school certification or equivalent with 0-2 years of experience and have valid OEM certifications. The role requires good communication skills, ability to drive to client locations, and the capacity to lift computer equipment up to 50 lbs.
Required Qualifications
- Technical school certification or equivalent
- 0-2 years of relevant experience
- Previous customer service experience is a plus
- Maintain all required OEM Certifications as directed by Management
- Knowledge of relevant software and hardware
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
- Ability to communicate regarding technical issues with clients
- Ability to drive to client locations
- Ability to lift and or move various computer equipment up to 50 lbs
- Must own a basic repair tool kit
