Job Summary
The Dynamic PC Support Technician is responsible for performing tasks related to the repair of various client products including basic and moderately complex troubleshooting for desktops and laptops. The role includes providing customer support, answering client questions, completing administrative tasks, and ensuring asset control through effective management of parts and equipment. The technician must maintain OEM certifications, communicate effectively with clients on technical issues, and have the ability to drive to client locations as part of the role.
Required Qualifications
- Technical school certification or equivalent
- Knowledge of relevant software and hardware
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation with valid registration and adequate insurance
Additional Requirements
- Ability to drive to client locations
- Ability to drive long distances, and occasional overnight assignments within other geographies
- Ability to lift and or move various computer equipment up to 50 lbs
- Must own a basic repair tool kit
