Job Summary
The Dynamic PC Support Technician provides customer support for designated equipment and handles basic to moderately complex troubleshooting for desktops and laptops. Responsibilities include responding to client questions in a professional manner, managing service calls within the service level agreements, and completing administrative tasks associated with service calls. Key qualifications include a technical school certification, relevant experience, and possession of a valid driver's license and reliable transportation. The role requires physical ability to lift equipment and maintain a basic repair tool kit.
Required Qualifications
- Technical school certification or equivalent
- 0-2 years of relevant experience
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation with valid registration and adequate insurance
- Ability to communicate regarding technical issues with clients
- Ability to drive to client locations
- Ability to lift and or move various computer equipment up to 50 lbs
- Must own a basic repair tool kit
Desired Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience is a plus
- Maintain all required OEM Certifications as directed by Management
- Knowledge of relevant software and hardware
