Job Summary
The Dynamic PC Support Technician role involves troubleshooting and repairing various client products, including desktops and laptops. The technician will provide customer support, answering client questions professionally, and ensuring service calls are addressed within established agreements. Additional responsibilities include completing administrative tasks and real-time reporting associated with service calls, maintaining asset control, and complying with safety policies. Candidates should possess a basic repair tool kit, the ability to communicate technical issues effectively, and must be capable of driving to client locations, which may involve long distances and overnight assignments.
Required Qualifications
- Technical school certification or equivalent
- 0-2 years of relevant experience
- Maintain all required OEM Certifications as directed by Management
- Knowledge of relevant software and hardware
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation with valid registration and adequate insurance
