Job Summary
The Dynamic PC Support Technician role involves providing customer support for designated equipment, troubleshooting technical issues for desktops and laptops, and meeting service level agreements. Candidates should possess a technical school certification or equivalent and have 0-2 years of experience. The position requires the ability to communicate effectively with clients, drive to various locations, and lift computer equipment up to 50 lbs. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are necessary, along with a basic repair tool kit. Candidates must also maintain OEM certifications as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Technical school certification or equivalent
- 0-2 years of relevant experience
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation with valid registration and adequate insurance
- Ability to communicate regarding technical issues with clients
- Ability to drive to client locations
- Ability to drive long distances, and occasional overnight assignments within other geographies
- Ability to lift and or move various computer equipment up to 50 lbs
- Must own a basic repair tool kit
Desired Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience is a plus
- Maintain all required OEM Certifications as directed by Management
- Knowledge of relevant software and hardware
