Job Summary
The Dynamic PC Support Technician role involves performing troubleshooting for desktops and laptops, providing customer support for designated equipment, and addressing technical issues directly with clients. Responsibilities include completing service calls within established guidelines, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing asset control and inventory, and adhering to safety policies. Candidates should have a technical school certification or equivalent, along with 0-2 years of experience and a valid driver’s license.
Required Qualifications
- Technical school certification or equivalent
- 0-2 years of relevant experience
- Valid Driver’s License
- Reliable transportation with valid registration and adequate insurance
- Ability to communicate regarding technical issues with clients
- Ability to drive to client locations
- Ability to lift and or move various computer equipment up to 50 lbs
- Must own a basic repair tool kit
Desired Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience is a plus
- Maintain all required OEM Certifications as directed by Management
- Knowledge of relevant software and hardware
