Job Summary
Dynamic PC Support Technician provides on-site and desk-side troubleshooting for desktops and laptops, interacting with clients to address technical issues, while meeting service-level expectations. Responsibilities include handling customer support for designated equipment, answering questions professionally, accepting and delivering service calls within SLAs, completing administrative tasks and real-time reporting, following established policies, ensuring asset and inventory control, reporting activity accurately, and adhering to safety guidelines. Requires ability to communicate technical issues to clients, drive to client locations (occasional overnight assignments, long-distance travel), lift up to 50 lbs, and maintain OEM certifications. Education: technical school certification or equivalent; 0-2 years of relevant experience; valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
