Job Summary
Dynamic PC Support Technician performs basic and moderately complex troubleshooting for desktops and laptops, providing customer support for designated equipment and addressing client technical issues promptly. Responsibilities include accepting service calls, maintaining customer service satisfaction, completing administrative tasks, ensuring asset control, and adhering to safety policies. The role requires a technical school certification or equivalent, along with some customer service experience, and demands effective communication skills, a valid driver's license, and the ability to lift computer equipment.
Required Qualifications
- Typically requires technical school certification or equivalent
- 0-2 years of relevant experience
- Previous customer service experience is a plus
- Maintain all required OEM Certifications as directed by Management
- Knowledge of relevant software and hardware
Desired Qualifications
- Ability to communicate regarding technical issues with clients
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation with valid registration and adequate insurance
- Ability to drive long distances, and occasional overnight assignments within other geographies
- Ability to lift and or move various computer equipment up to 50 lbs
- Must own a basic repair tool kit
