Job Summary
The Dynamic PC Support Technician role involves performing tasks related to repairing client products, including troubleshooting desktops and laptops. The technician will provide customer support, respond to client inquiries, and ensure service calls are completed within established timeframes. Responsibilities include maintaining asset control, reporting activity accurately, and adhering to safety policies. The position requires a technical school certification or equivalent, 0-2 years of experience, and capabilities in driving to client locations and operating various computer equipment.
Required Qualifications
- Technical school certification or equivalent
- 0-2 years of relevant experience
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation with valid registration and adequate insurance
- Ability to communicate regarding technical issues with clients
- Ability to drive to client locations
- Ability to drive long distances, and occasional overnight assignments within other geographies
- Ability to lift and or move various computer equipment up to 50 lbs
- Must own a basic repair tool kit
Desired Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience is a plus
- Maintain all required OEM Certifications as directed by Management
- Knowledge of relevant software and hardware
