Job Summary
The Dynamic PC Support Technician role involves troubleshooting and repairing client desktop and laptop products, providing exceptional customer support, and responding to technical issues in a timely manner. Responsibilities include accepting service calls, meeting customer satisfaction criteria, documenting calls, managing asset inventory, and adhering to safety policies. Applicants should have a technical school certification or equivalent, valid driver's license, and the ability to communicate technical issues clearly.
Required Qualifications
- Technical school certification or equivalent
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation with valid registration and adequate insurance
- Ability to communicate regarding technical issues with clients
- Ability to drive to client locations
- Ability to drive long distances, and occasional overnight assignments within other geographies
- Ability to lift and or move various computer equipment up to 50 lbs
- Must own a basic repair tool kit
Desired Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience is a plus
- Maintain all required OEM Certifications as directed by Management
- Knowledge of relevant software and hardware
