Job Summary
The Dynamic PC Support Technician performs tasks related to the repair of various client products, including desktops and laptops. Responsibilities include providing customer support for designated equipment, answering client questions professionally, accepting and delivering service calls within established service level agreements, completing administrative tasks associated with each call, and ensuring asset control through prompt turnaround of parts and equipment. The role requires communication skills regarding technical issues, the ability to drive to client locations, and physical capability to lift computer equipment. Previous customer service experience and OEM certifications are preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Technical school certification or equivalent
- Knowledge of relevant software and hardware
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation with valid registration and adequate insurance
- Ability to communicate regarding technical issues with clients
- Ability to drive to client locations
- Ability to lift and or move various computer equipment up to 50 lbs
- Must own a basic repair tool kit
