Job Summary
The Dynamic PC Support Technician role involves performing basic to moderately complex troubleshooting for desktops and laptops, providing customer support, and interacting directly with clients to resolve technical issues. Responsibilities include meeting service level agreements for calls, completing administrative tasks and real-time reporting, ensuring asset control through prompt turnaround of equipment, and adhering to safety policies. Preferred qualifications include technical school certification, relevant experience, and customer service experience.
Required Qualifications
- Technical school certification or equivalent
- 0-2 years of relevant experience
- Maintain all required OEM Certifications as directed by Management
- Knowledge of relevant software and hardware
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
- Ability to communicate regarding technical issues with clients
- Ability to drive to client locations
- Ability to lift and or move various computer equipment up to 50 lbs
- Own a basic repair tool kit
