Job Summary
The Dynamic PC Support Technician is responsible for providing customer support for client equipment, including performing basic to moderately complex troubleshooting for desktops and laptops. Key responsibilities include addressing client questions professionally, managing service calls within established guidelines, fulfilling administrative tasks related to service calls, ensuring asset control, and adhering to safety policies. Ideal candidates should have a technical school certification or equivalent with 0-2 years of experience, possess strong communication skills, and maintain required certifications.
Required Qualifications
- Technical school certification or equivalent
- 0-2 years of relevant experience
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation with valid registration and adequate insurance
- Maintain all required OEM Certifications as directed by Management
- Knowledge of relevant software and hardware
Additional Requirements
- Ability to lift and or move various computer equipment up to 50 lbs
- Must own a basic repair tool kit
