Job Summary
The Dynamic PC Support Technician provides customer support for designated equipment, performs basic and moderately complex troubleshooting for desktops and laptops, and interacts directly with clients to address technical issues. Responsibilities include accepting and delivering service calls, completing administrative tasks, ensuring inventory control, and reporting all activity accurately. Candidates should possess a technical school certification or equivalent, 0-2 years of relevant experience, and maintain a valid driver's license with reliable transportation. Skills required include the ability to communicate technical issues effectively, travel to client locations, lift computer equipment, and possess a basic repair tool kit.
Required Qualifications
- Technical school certification or equivalent
- 0-2 years of relevant experience
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation with valid registration and adequate insurance
- Must own a basic repair tool kit
- Ability to communicate regarding technical issues with clients
- Ability to drive to client locations
- Ability to drive long distances, and occasional overnight assignments within other geographies
- Ability to lift and or move various computer equipment up to 50 lbs
Desired Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience is a plus
- Maintain all required OEM Certifications as directed by Management
- Knowledge of relevant software and hardware
