Job Summary
The Dynamic PC Support Technician role is responsible for customer support related to the repair of desktops and laptops, including troubleshooting and service call management. Key responsibilities include providing timely assistance to clients, maintaining service level agreements, and ensuring accurate documentation of activities. Previous customer service experience is preferred, and candidates should possess necessary technical certifications, reliable transportation, and lifting capabilities for computer equipment. The position involves driving to various client locations and may require long-distance travel and overnight assignments.
Required Qualifications
- Technical school certification or equivalent
- Ability to communicate regarding technical issues with clients
- Maintain all required OEM Certifications as directed by Management
- Knowledge of relevant software and hardware
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation with valid registration and adequate insurance
- Ability to drive to client locations
- Ability to lift and or move various computer equipment up to 50 lbs
- Must own a basic repair tool kit
