Job Summary
The Dynamic PC Support Technician is responsible for providing customer support for designated equipment, answering client questions, and delivering all service calls within established service level agreements. This role requires completing administrative tasks, ensuring control of assets, reporting activities, and understanding safety policies. Candidates should possess technical school certification or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, and reliable transportation. Skills required include effective communication regarding technical issues with clients and the ability to lift computer equipment up to 50 lbs. The position is part-time and may involve driving long distances.
Required Qualifications
- Technical school certification or equivalent
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
- Ability to communicate regarding technical issues with clients
- Ability to drive to client locations
- Ability to lift and or move various computer equipment up to 50 lbs
- Must own a basic repair tool kit
Desired Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience is a plus
- Knowledge of relevant software and hardware
- Maintain all required OEM Certifications as directed by Management
