Job Summary
The role of Dynamic PC Support Technician involves providing customer support for designated equipment and answering client questions professionally. Responsibilities include troubleshooting desktops and laptops, accepting and delivering service calls, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining accurate reporting. Candidates need to have a technical school certification or equivalent with 0-2 years of experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to transport tools and equipment. Skills such as communication regarding technical issues, long-distance driving, and physical capability to lift equipment are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Typically requires technical school certification or equivalent
- 0-2 years of relevant experience
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation with valid registration and adequate insurance
- Ability to communicate regarding technical issues with clients
- Ability to drive to client locations
- Ability to drive long distances, and occasional overnight assignments within other geographies
- Ability to lift and or move various computer equipment up to 50 lbs
- Must own a basic repair tool kit
Desired Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience is a plus
- Maintain all required OEM Certifications as directed by Management
- Knowledge of relevant software and hardware
