Job Summary
The Dynamic PC Support Technician is responsible for performing tasks related to the repair of various client products, including basic and moderately complex troubleshooting of desktops and laptops. Key responsibilities include providing customer support, addressing client inquiries professionally, meeting service level agreements, and completing all administrative tasks per established guidelines. The role requires the ability to communicate technical issues effectively, drive to client locations, and manage computer equipment handling.
Required Qualifications
- Technical school certification or equivalent
- Maintain all required OEM Certifications as directed by Management
- Valid Driver’s License with reliable transportation and adequate insurance
- Ability to communicate regarding technical issues with clients
- Ability to drive to client locations
- Ability to lift and/or move various computer equipment up to 50 lbs
- Must own a basic repair tool kit

- Customer service experience
- Knowledge of relevant software and hardware
