Job Summary
The Dynamic PC Support Technician performs basic and moderately complex troubleshooting for desktops and laptops. Responsibilities include providing customer support, managing service calls, ensuring compliance with service level agreements, and accurately reporting service activities. Candidates should possess a technical school certification or equivalent and have relevant experience. Skills required include communication about technical issues, the ability to drive to client locations, and lifting computer equipment up to 50 lbs.
Required Qualifications
- Typically requires technical school certification or equivalent
- Maintain all required OEM Certifications as directed by Management
- Knowledge of relevant software and hardware
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation with valid registration and adequate insurance
Additional Requirements
- Previous customer service experience is a plus
