Job Summary
The Dynamic PC Support Technician position involves troubleshooting and repairing client desktop and laptop products, providing customer support, and fulfilling service calls within established service level agreements. Candidates should possess a technical school certification or equivalent and some relevant experience. Successful technicians will maintain necessary OEM certifications, communicate technical issues effectively with clients, manage assets and inventory, and follow safety policies.
Required Qualifications
- Technical school certification or equivalent
- 0-2 years of relevant experience
- Maintenance of all required OEM Certifications
- Knowledge of relevant software and hardware
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation with valid registration and adequate insurance
Additional Requirements
- Ability to drive to client locations
- Ability to drive long distances, and occasional overnight assignments within other geographies
- Ability to lift and or move various computer equipment up to 50 lbs
- Must own a basic repair tool kit
