Job Summary
The Dynamic PC Support Technician is responsible for providing customer support for designated equipment, addressing client technical issues with a focus on satisfaction. Key responsibilities include answering client questions professionally, executing service calls within established service level agreements, completing required administrative tasks, and ensuring accurate reporting and control of assets. Candidates should possess technical school certification or equivalent and have experience handling software and hardware issues, alongside a valid driver's license and the ability to travel to client locations.
Required Qualifications
- Technical school certification or equivalent
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation with valid registration and adequate insurance
- Ability to communicate regarding technical issues with clients
- Ability to drive to client locations
- Ability to lift and or move various computer equipment up to 50 lbs
- Must own a basic repair tool kit
Desired Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience
- Maintain all required OEM Certifications
- Knowledge of relevant software and hardware
