Job Summary
The Dynamic PC Support Technician role involves troubleshooting and repairing various client products, providing customer support, and adhering to service level agreements while ensuring accurate reporting and inventory control.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
- Ability to communicate regarding technical issues
- Ability to drive to client locations
- Ability to lift and or move various computer equipment up to 50 lbs
- Must own a basic repair tool kit
Desired Qualifications
- Technical school certification or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience
