Job Summary
The Dynamic PC Support Technician position involves performing basic and moderately complex troubleshooting for desktops and laptops, providing customer support, answering client questions, and managing service calls with established service level agreements. The role includes completing real-time reporting, ensuring inventory control, and adhering to safety policies. Required qualifications include technical school certification or equivalent, relevant experience (0-2 years), a valid driver's license, and the ability to communicate technical issues effectively. Physical ability to lift equipment and possession of a basic repair tool kit is necessary.
Required Qualifications
- Technical school certification or equivalent
- 0-2 years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of relevant software and hardware
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation with valid registration and adequate insurance
- Ability to communicate regarding technical issues with clients
- Ability to lift and or move various computer equipment up to 50 lbs
- Must own a basic repair tool kit
