Job Summary
The Dynamic PC Support Technician position involves providing customer support for various client products, performing troubleshooting activities for desktops and laptops, and supporting Desk Side applications and infrastructure. Key responsibilities include handling service calls, meeting customer service satisfaction criteria, completing administrative tasks, and ensuring proper asset and inventory control. Applicants should have the ability to communicate technical issues, drive to client locations, lift equipment up to 50 lbs, and must own a basic repair tool kit. Previous customer service experience and relevant software/hardware knowledge are advantageous. The role requires adaptability to additional duties as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Technical school certification or equivalent
- 0-2 years of relevant experience
- Maintain all required OEM Certifications
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation with valid registration and adequate insurance
