Job Summary
The Dynamic PC Support Technician role involves troubleshooting and repairing desktop and laptop hardware while providing excellent customer support. Responsibilities include addressing client inquiries, managing service calls, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining accurate reporting of service activities. The position requires a technical school certification, relevant experience, and strong communication skills. Candidates must possess a valid Driver’s License, reliable transportation, and ability to lift computer equipment. This is a part-time role in the technology industry.
Required Qualifications
- Technical school certification or equivalent
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation with valid registration and adequate insurance
- Ability to communicate regarding technical issues with clients
- Ability to drive to client locations
- Ability to lift and or move various computer equipment up to 50 lbs
- Must own a basic repair tool kit
Desired Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience
- Maintain all required OEM Certifications as directed by Management
- Knowledge of relevant software and hardware
