Job Summary
The Dynamic PC Support Technician position involves performing tasks related to the repair of various client products, including basic and moderately complex troubleshooting for desktops and laptops. Responsibilities include providing customer support, answering client questions, handling service calls, ensuring customer satisfaction, and completing administrative tasks. The role requires maintaining required certifications, having knowledge of relevant software/hardware, and the ability to communicate technical issues to clients. Candidates must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation, and be capable of lifting computer equipment up to 50 lbs.
Required Qualifications
- Technical school certification or equivalent
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation with valid registration and adequate insurance
- Maintain all required OEM Certifications as directed by Management
- Knowledge of relevant software and hardware
- Ability to communicate regarding technical issues with clients
- Ability to drive to client locations
- Ability to drive long distances, and occasional overnight assignments within other geographies
- Ability to lift and or move various computer equipment up to 50 lbs
- Must own a basic repair tool kit
Desired Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience is a plus
